Install Docker-Engine, Docker-machine and Docker-compose on ubuntu 16.04

To install Docker-engine on Ubuntu 16.04.

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install linux-image-generic-lts-trusty
$ sudo apt-get install
